Vaultview is a robust, web-enabled ASP (application service provider) service that delivers lightning fast, secure access to your electronic and/or paper documents.  Using an architecture that is designed to harness the power of the internet, VaultView delivers powerful imaging and report management functionality that allow companies to securely capture, store, retrieve and display the wide variety of content supporting everyday transactions.   From medical records and EOBs in healthcare, to purchase orders and invoices, in retail and manufacturing environments, to insurance and loan applications with financial services, VaultView handles all types of business transaction information…including scanned documents, faxes, email, HTML/XML, EDI, and COLD reports.

Vaultview allows you to avoid the cost and waste associated with paper. Regardless of location, users can access the documents and reports as needed from their web browser. Vaultview’s simple web-based interface allows users to view, print and download information or selected pages of a report, on demand

Vaultview’s administration is very flexible allowing the administrators to add, change or delete specific reports and users through a simple easy-to-navigate interface. Global retention parameters can be set for automatic purge or archival to disk, tape, CD-ROM or optical drives

Vaultview can be deployed as an on-site system (ILF license) or as a web based hosted solution with no upfront license costs.
